  WHAT IS CARDIO TENNIS?
  Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by head professional Gary Palmer, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis.

There are programs and drills geared for existing players to get a great cardio workout while improving skill.

We welcome all levels of players - beginners are welcome!  Cardio Tennis is more fun than working out in a gym or other forms of exercise.

 

 

Class Schedule at Arroyo Seco Racquet club:

Mondays: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Wednesdays: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Fridays:  9:00 am to 10:00 am

Cost: $12.00 per session.
